We dived into life design, visioning out the life she wanted although to begin with she wasn’t sure.
I asked her to close her eyes and imagine what her ideal life would look like, she said…
‘ I’ve just finished a workout class, I’ve got my sunglasses on and coffee in hand. I’m walking near the beach and I’m feeling confident in myself.’
4 months later, after breaking down the steps, building a holistic health program, following a mindfulness program and holding Jasmine accountable on her vision, she is now living her dream life in Bondi Beach! Working out consistently, living in the sun and building a mindful life.
With her self belief and confidence on the up we have to remember that we can change our environment but who we are remains without work.
