georgia is a certified life coach, nutrition coach, personal trainer, and mindfulness + meditation coach with over 8 years of experience supporting women to make meaningful, lasting change in their lives. After struggling with body dysmorphia, burnout, and years of feeling like she was just going through the motions, she made a decision to rebuild her life from the inside out.
She created a life she genuinely loves—a life where she feels proud of who she is, connected to what she does, and grounded enough to slow down and enjoy it all. Now, she helps other women do the same.
Her signature coaching programme, the mindful method, is built on the belief that small, consistent changes in how we move, eat, think, and live can completely transform how we feel. It brings together the core foundations of mindfulness, movement, nutrition, life design and healthy habits—tailored to each woman’s goals, lifestyle, and starting point.
