When I first started training with Georgia, I didn’t realise how underconfident I was not just in my own skin but in many aspects of life. After working with Georgia on my tailored plan, over the months I have grown so much more confident in my own body and gone through a journey of self discovery which I didn’t expect! I feel like I am completely different person to before I trained with Georgia, my mindset on exercise and moving my body has transformed – instead of seeing it as punishment I now feel grateful to move my body in ways other than just the gym, and so has my relationship to food.
I didn’t realise how toxic my relationship with food actually was until Georgia asked me certain questions about my mindset around it, and it changed my perspective on how I eat. Instead of punishing myself for eating ‘badly’ whilst on holiday, I’ve started to enjoy food properly for the first time and working with Georgia definitely repaired a lot of the misguided beliefs I had around food.
And outside of the exercise and food relationship being repaired I have learnt so much about who I am and my confidence in life and making good decisions for my future has improved so much - I have finally started to see my worth after many years of accepting mediocre jobs and undervaluing my own skills and set out on my own path, finally having the courage to believe in my own dreams.
Every time I had my 1-1 with Georgia I left feeling so inspired and motivated to build the life I wanted using simple habits and techniques she shared, I honestly would recommend Georgia to anyone who’s looking to change not only their mindset and relationship to exercise and food but also to grow as an individual in personal/work aspects of their life too.
It’s a breath of fresh air actually seeing someone in the fitness & wellness industry with methods and beliefs that are repairing relationships with bodies, food and mindset.
