‘what a decision working with Georgia has been…
I’d talked about working with a trainer for a long time but always put it off because I was totally intimidated by “gym culture” and, frankly, PE in school put me off exercise for life.
I knew if I was to find a trainer it would need to be someone who was sympathetic to my mental health struggles as well as my complete lack of any fitness or sporting ability! After a year of deciphering a new lactose intolerance and working non-stop, my physical health had reached an all-time-low and I knew I needed to get things under control. Georgia stepped in with incredible meal plans (tailored to my intolerance and flexitarian diet), workout schedules that were manageable in my busy life, and mindful practices to sustain me on the new fitness (and life!) journey.
Georgia’s ethos is very much about feeling and sustaining wellness rather than “looking healthy” - no macro counting, no strict schedules; just gentle practices that help you to understand your mind and body. We haven’t been tracking weight loss, but I have dropped 1.5 stone with just a simple routine that is sustainable and enjoyable - delicious, nutritious food, a couple of home workouts each week that make me feel strong and confident, and mindfulness that prioritises my mental wellbeing.
The holistic approach to wellbeing is what attracted me to Georgia and it has worked wonders in my life - I can honestly say I’ve never felt better mentally and physically. It was a massive moment when I realised how long it had been since I last felt anxious having battled chronic anxiety for most of my life! Georgia is such a gem to work with - like a big sister and so bubbly, caring and compassionate.
She’s been on this journey herself, so she is so understanding of what it takes to bring true happiness and peace into your life and I’m so thankful for the wellness she has brought into mine! Thanks gal 💕

‘I hadn’t stepped foot in the gym or done any exercise for 1 year after having worked with an online coach who had made me feel like I could not succeed. I had been counting calories which made my relationship with food very difficult. I had also lost friends due to not wanting to eat out or miss a workout. When I started coaching with Georgia I felt myself coming back to life. Healing my relationship with my body, food and life itself. Learning to be gentle, kind and compassionate with myself. Learning that food was my super power and learning that I could achieving anything I wanted in life whilst being sure to live in the moment.
